This statewide simulation will be hosted by the Baldacci Institute for Civil Discourse at Virginia Commonwealth University. VGS brings together students from colleges and universities across the Commonwealth to participate in a hands-on legislative experience, including caucus meetings, leadership elections, committee work, floor sessions, and a closing reception.
